Rent­ing out an apart­ment

The International Department is always looking for new private rental offerings. You can support our project and help foreign academics with the often difficult search for accommodation.

Have we piqued your interest? We would be happy to add your property to our housing exchange. To do so, simply fill out the offer form completely and return it to us with a handwritten signature by email (as a scan) or by post. The best way to send us photos of the apartment is via email. We will then carefully enter your property into our database and make it available to interested academics in our newsletter.

Please note

The International Department only records the rental information, collects it and forwards it. The ISS does not broker or recommend apartments to interested parties.

Only your name, telephone number and email address will appear in our newsletter.

All contact and the processing of the rental agreement will be conducted exclusively between you and the interested parties, meaning there are no legal relationships or claims between you and the International Department.

The rental offerings run for eight weeks. If you do not find a tenant in this time, please feel free to let us know. The duration can then be extended if necessary.
