Documents for Matriculation

You need to bring the following documents in order to matriculate:

1. A completed and signed matriculation application.
2. Letter of Award (DAAD)
3. Curriculum Vitae
4. Letter of Recommendation of a Professor at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
5. ID card or passport with a valid visa for study purposes. Please copy the main file of your passport with your personal details and, if applicable, the page with your visa for us.
6. Proof of registration from the Local Registration Office (Bürgeramt). Please present a copy to us.
7. Application form for granting of welcome benefits ("Antrag auf Gewährung eines einmaligen Begrüßungsgeldes in Höhe von 50 Euro"), with your complete details and confirmed by the Local Registration Office.
