Information for partner universities

Nomination procedure for sending institutions


All incoming exchange students must be first nominated online by their home university.

We only accept online nominations via our Partner Portal.


Students can be nominated for one semester or an academic year:

  • Winter Semester (October – March)
  • Summer Semester (April – September)
  • Academic year (October – September)


Note: An extension of stay is only possible within the same academic year,

this means from winter semester to summer semester.


Nominations submitted by students will be deleted –

only the sending institution is allowed to nominate students.


Nomination deadlines:

15 May - For the winter semester (or a full academic year)

15 November - For the summer semester
