Climate Stories in the Dark: A Torchlight Tour through the Natural History Museum
What can ancient fossils, stuffed birds and jars of deep-sea fish tell us about our climate future? Grab a torch and find out! This after-hours expedition will open your eyes - and leave you in awe.
Join us for a unique evening at the Natural History Museum Berlin as part of Berlin Science Week. Equipped with torches, we will explore the museum's hidden collections and discover how natural history specimens - some centuries old - hold vital clues about a changing planet. From shifting migration patterns to shrinking habitats, these silent witnesses reveal the fingerprints of climate change. This tour invites you to reflect on the role of museums as climate archives and on what we can learn in the dark. An event organized by Circle U.'s Climate Hub in cooperation with the Museum für Naturkunde as part of Berlin Science Week.
