Diversity training
The interactive diversity training will treat important aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion – both in theory and in everyday academic practice.
Through case studies and engaging discussions, we will delve into how unconscious biases, cultural differences, and power dynamics shape communication in teaching, supervision and collaboration. Gain practical tools to foster respectful dialogue, support diverse learning environments and strengthen your role as an inclusive academic player!
