Intercultural training led by Pamela Stenzel: Certified intercultural trainer and international business consultant. Culture-specific influences are relevant in the university context and affect the way actors interact with each other. Different academic styles can lead to misunderstandings, but also offer an opportunity to broaden one's own horizons and learn about new perspectives. The workshop is thus an invitation to leave one's own cultural comfort zone and to engage with less familiar ways of behaving. |
