The Circle U. AI Weeks 2025: Interdisciplinary and online
This May and June, join this series of online events exploring key questions around artificial intelligence: current trends, environmental costs, impact on research and links to human behaviour.
First up: "The energy cost of AI development: How high is the Price?" This talk and discussion on 26 May, 9:30am – 11am will look at how technological innovation can be reconciled with energy efficiency. Register by 22 May!
On 27 and 28 May, the symposium "AI in Circle U.: Connecting Minds, Shaping the Future" will bring together experts from the nine member universities to discuss unique challenges that arise in modern AI systems. Sign up by 20 May!
