Bridging Borders, Bridging Generations: COP30's Approach to Climate Action

Interested in climate action and innovative, community-based approaches? Then we warmly invite you to our webinar! Join us to learn more about the concept of "Mutirão", a key concept of this year's COP30 climate conference in Brazil.

“Global Climate Mutirão” designates a vision of collective effort for a common cause rooted in social capital, mutual care and grassroots mobilisation. This webinar will explore what it means to build a bottom-up chain of mobilisation, and explore the conditions needed to bring people together across disciplines, borders and generations – in line with the ethos of Circle U. We will discuss how to bridge divides between policy and science, and how the participatory spirit of Mutirão can foster inclusivity and shared ownership in climate action. Join us to discover how collaborative, community-driven approaches can drive meaningful progress on climate issues in the run-up to and beyond COP30.
